(Andina) Peruvian actress Magaly Solier, who plays the starring role of Fausta in Claudia Llosa's production “La Teta Asustada” (The Milk of Sorrow), said she has no words to describe her excitement over the nomination of “The Milk of Sorrow” as the Best Foreign Language Film in the 82nd Academy Awards.

Claudia Llosa, director of the peruvian film "The Milk of Sorrow", said today that she was  very happy for the nomination to Best “Foreign Language Film" at the Oscar Awards  2010.

Peru celebrates. The national film “The Milk of Sorrow” by the director Claudia Llosa has become the first Peruvian film to be nominated for the Oscar Awards from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Hollywood.
